This is a more attractive salad spinner than most because of its stainless steel bowl. The colander inside is very strong but flexible plastic and the lever on the top to spin the colander is easy to use and very effective. The only disadvantages are that it is very large so you need to have the storage space in the kitchen for it and also the gaps in the colander let smaller leaves through (shredded kale but is fine with most salad leaves). There is good customer follow up too with emails and recipes.

Brilliant product! Bought this to replace my mum's old salad spinner from the 1980s that used to leave welts on your hand and fly away from you if you didn't hold it down. Was intrigued by this new design that works via pressing a button rather than spinning via a handle - and am so glad that I did. Very easy to use and the stop button function is a nice touch. Salad comes out crisp and dry and the stainless steel bowl avoids concerns about BPA plastic as well as being a great, stylish and durable serving dish. Highly recommend!

The 1 thing the reviews slammed this item for was 'being bulky' talk of review rigging : It is a BOWL and it is exactly and precisely the dimensions of its bowl. The two rated above this one in the review I read had a PROTRUDING HANDLE that really rendered it difficult for storage as 'their handle stuck out. NO this item has a quality steel bowl that can be used as a serving bowl or as a mixing bowl it also includes a sturdy pair of salad server tongues that the others donet and the plastic used is BPA free. I spent hours reading BEFORE deciding what to buy and this CURRENT OFFER is certainly VALUE FOR MONEY - I couldnt come to terms with the price of the other two brands and I am very satisfied with this purchase . I would term it a GOOD BUY .

An excellent size for large amounts of salad with a substantial and strong metal bowl for serving. Also attractive. The inner basket works with a simple push handle which is easy to use. The lid itself feels much flimsier than the rest but it does the job.

This is a sturdy and easy to handle salad spinner, I never thought I would pay this price for a salad spinner but I am so happy with this product! The stainless steel bowl I like because it's not plastic bowl! It's also quite big which is perfect as I can wash and spin all leaves and lettuces in one go.

The salad spinner has a small piece of plastic that the spinning part rests on which you wouldn't know from looking at the product description. This thin piece of plastic falls out of the bowl when you're trying to empty out the water and if you have a small surface area in your kitchen you're holding the colander part with one hand tipping the bowl with the other and the 3rd piece falls into the sink. It's a nuisance. I've found a jug shaped spinner which is much cheaper and smaller. I'd rather wash 2 lots of salad efficiently than mess around with this salad spinner which doesn't dry particularly well either.

It's a speedy spinner and not bad. It dries salads quite well.Like with so many kitchen wares, the robust parts which could last for years (the stainless bowl being almost indestructible) is poorly let down by inadequate plastic.Ours lasted about 2 years before it broke. If you look at the activating handle it's made of two colours (white and green) plastic. The joint between the two plastics is at a very high stress tension point where the operation counterbalances the very strong return spring which is in the hinge of the operating handle. This represents a poor bit of design where form won over function. If the designers hadn't used 2 different plastics here it might well have been adequately tough. It broke neatly and precisely across the joint of the two colours.I have effected a repair with epoxy glassfibre as in image.

He tenido varías centrifugadoras pero esta es la mejor sin duda. El cuenco es de aluminio y la base anti deslizante,cosa que le aporta mucha practicidad. Trae de regalo unas pinzas con la base de silicona,muy prácticas para extraer la cantidad de ensalada que queremos sin necesidad de manipularla.El producto promete durar mucho tiempo por la calidad del mismo pero aún así,cuando dejé de servir para su uso quedará el recipiente para servir ensaladas, prepara masas o guardar otros alimentos.

Sono molto soddisfatta di questa lava-insalata. Innanzi tutto è molto capiente: da quando ho iniziato la dieta devo mangiare montagne di insalata e con una sola passata lavo tutta quella che mi serve. Inoltre il vaso di acciaio è bello e robusto, ne avevo una che purtroppo, con il contenitore di plastica, a lungo andare si è crepato e ho dovuto buttarla. Il sistema di centrifuga è semplicemente geniale e asciuga molto bene l'insalata già in una passata, per scrupolo se ne può fare un'altra, ma una sola basta, specialmente se il cestello non è troppo pieno. Insomma, se vi piace l'insalata, se siete vegetariani, se siete a dieta è un attrezzo indispensabile in cucina e questa è perfetta. Costa un po' di più rispetto ad altri modelli in plastica, ma mi aspetto che duri anche molto di più, perciò come ogni cosa di qualità il prezzo è giusto. Infine una particolare menzione per il produttore che già in fase di invio si è preoccupato di farmi sapere che, per qualsiasi inconveniente, avrebbe provveduto a sostituire il prodotto a sue spese, e poi ha inviato un pdf con tante ricette utili di insalatone. Pacco comunque arrivato in pochi giorni e centrifuga in perfette condizioni. Cinque stelle meritatissime e con lode.

Après plusieurs jours d'utilisation , satisfaction d'avoir choisi ce modèle. Il correspond exactement au descriptif précis : dimensions, poids et volume, matière des matériaux, mode de fonctionnement. Facilité d'emploi, : manipulation d'une main, en douceur et sans dérapage. Le volume du contenant inox permet également de laver d'autres légumes (épinards, poireaux..) et laisser égoutter dans le panier. Très bonne qualité apparente des matériaux (inox, plastique), du système d'essorage et arrêt du couvercle, que je laisse s'arrêter seul le plus souvent. Entretien très facile. Blocage de la poignée d'essorage pour gagner en place de rangement sur la hauteur. Un bonus : les couverts à salade en silicone dont les manches auraient peut-être gagné à être un peu plus longs. Voir dans le temps.

Funciona genial, es grande y la calidad es buena. El mecanismo es ingenioso y seca la ensalada muy rápido y sin esfuerzo. Gira muy rápido.

Questa centrifuga è veramente il top: come si vede dalla foto del prodotto, ha una leva (a scomparsa) e semplicemente premendola più o meno volte centrifuga perfettamente la verdura. Quindi nessuno sforzo: si preme la leva senza nessuna difficoltà e la centrifuga gira. Ce l'ho da poco, quindi non posso esprimermi sulla durevolezza del meccanismo, comunque sembra robusto. La verdura esce ben asciugata. Ha un comodo pulsante stop e un sistema di bloccaggio che serve a far "scomparire" la leva quando non si usa, quindi non è ingombrante. La ciotola in acciaio è di ottima qualità e soprattutto è molto capiente, più di quelle delle normali centrifughe che si trovano in commercio, e si può usare benissimo anche per altri scopi (insalatiera, lavori di pasticceria, etc.). Inoltre sotto è provvista di gomma affinchè non scivoli. Cercavo da tempo una centrifuga degna di questo nome, ne avevo provate un po' precedentemente, ma o erano scomode da far girare o la verdura restava bagnata o erano poco capienti. Questa invece è perfetta, mi sento veramente di consigliarla!
