Very messy.
Can be very fiddly, both adding the egg and removing pouches from pan, I have to use kitchen towel to remove excess water.

Easy to use. Easy to follow instructions. Poached egg perfectly. Naughty but I managed to use same pouch twice (rinsed, dried and used again). Good value, by buying two packs. Cheaper to buy thru Amazon than eg Lakelands.
