Simple and effective!
I've used this to put my soap on for nearly 3 years now. As someone who hates a soggy bar of soap, it's been a god-send. Super simple method of draining water (unlike so many other over-complicated soap holders) and it looks sleek and modern while doing it. It's only recently started to rust a little bit, after years of me not taking proper care of it.

Stylish, substantial and practical.
A nice, simple and effective design to keep a soap bar dry, at a reasonable cost. The finish was very slightly rough in one place but this was easily solved with a nail file. It is difficult to find something practical to do this simple task that is not hugely expensive (or needs constant cleaning) but this fits the bill. As long as it does not rust with time this will be perfect, so only time will tell, however it is stainless steel so I have high hopes. It weighs 189g and measures 7.5 x 10.5cms. Very good so far, and quite stylish and substantial.

Very pretty and good quality, but concern over other reviews about rust
Appearance wise it's got a pretty ~very~ subtle sparkle to it with a nice dark bronze tone colour. It's weighty and feels good quality, so it's perfect for ornamental use. I am using it as it's intended soap dish, though I'm weary of other reviews that warn it can rust. I happen to have Rustoleum, a clear waterproofing spray I use for art (and it can be used on metal too), so I've given it a coat of that to see it it helps. I'm also very particular and I'm likely to dry and clean it after every use, so it may last longer for me.IF it still RUSTS, I'll return to knock this down stars. If your still seeing 4 stars - the Rustoleum is lasting.

it works!!
Really solid construction and an aesthetically pleasing design. Some soap dishes collect water and turn the soap to goo, but this one drains really well, allowing the soap to airdry between uses. It stays in place on the sink and doesn't slide about. The closeness of the bars also means that small pieces of soap don't slip through and escape. Would definitely buy again.

Rubbish, don't waste your money, they will rust
I love the design of this, and I liked it so much when it arrived that I bought a second one. Big mistake. After maybe six weeks of use they have both begun to rust. A soap dish needs to be able to withstand getting wet. They're not that expensive, but it's a waste of money if they just have to end up in the bin. And it's apparently too late to return them. Bah!

Shape is exactly as it looks - but way too dark to really be bronze
The size is perfect for sitting behind my fitted sink. It's flat design is what I need for keeping all the bathroom accessories (electric toothbrushes, toothbrush mugs, sponge etc.) off the sink or main worktop surface, so they will dry out better. However, the "bronze" is incredibly dark. I sent back the first lot I received as I thought it was the matt black. This time, I realised that in a very bright light you can see bronze speckles glinting. They need to work on the colouring of these items. I would also not use it for soaps - you are going to get a puddle underneath because it has no catch-tray, and also you need to sit this on a perfectly flat surface. It has no rubber feet on the underside to stop it sliding anywhere.

Simple and classy
Great soap holder, very solid and sturdy with good drainage for soapy water. I have placed one in a shower tray to hold a bar of soap (cutting down on plastic bottles of shower gel) and the soap stays firm and dries quickly. Another is on the side of a wash basin and it looks really classy. Great value as I feel confident the stainless steel will not rust.

Holds soap and looks great in modern bathroom.
Good little soap holder which prevents the soap sitting in a pool of water and turning into goo. Goes well with my stainless steel taps etc. It's not high end - after all, it is very inexpensive - so the finish isn't perfect, but It is for holding a bar of soap and it does the job perfectly! Highly recommended.
