Bought this for my son when he transferred to secondary school this year. It's a good looking, durable product which has so far survived three months of school-related boy stuff totally unscathed. The dial is clear and simple and it's big enough and chunky enough to be easy to read without being in any way childish.My boy was never too keen on wearing the previous watches we bought him, but it's become an ever-present accessory to his wardrobe since he started school and I suspect it's because it does look pretty cool.At £20 (which is what we paid at the time) I think it represents excellent value for money.my only tiny niggle with it is that the retaining loop (the loop which you slide the end of the strap under to keep it in place) has stretched a bit so that it has become a little less effective than it should be - but in all fairness, that could be down to the way my son uses it as much as a design fault of the product.But even that small gripe doesn't stop it getting the full five stars from me and a hearty recommendation for it as a first 'proper' watch for a young man.

Bought for my 7 year old and he loves it. Wears it all the time, including to bed. Looks quite adult compared to many watches for kids, and so far robust and accurate.Whilst I'd recommend it, the strap is rubbish and broke after about 2 weeks, completely tearing at the buckle (hence 4 rather than 5 stars). Fortunately, the watch wasn't lost or damaged as a result.Rather than return it, I just got an EasyRead Time Teacher strap - cheap, nice colours, fits perfectly and actually looks better. I'd strongly suggest ordering together with the watch.

I like this watch. It looks really nice on a small wrist. My son loved it.I found it very hard to find what I thought was a decent watch for a small wrist. I decided to order a brand that I had previously heard of to be safe.I have a 10 year old ond a 12 year old and it fits them both.

My boy had one of these and wore it till it finally gave out. Looking around at different options and finally went for the same one again. Good quality, price, and good for practicing telling the time

My son chose this, and he is very happy with it. He has skinny wrists so he said it fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Looks better then pictures too I think

Ordered for my son's birthday. It was working on arrival but it stopped whilst he was wearing it. Adjusted time and it restarted. Then it stopped again. Adjusting the time restarted it again.Not sure if it has arrived with an old battery or if there is a fault that occurs when the watch is worn. Either way, it's not created a great impression. My son's first watch - he was super excited about it and then it fails within a day, so pretty disappointing from Sekonda.Ironically, I bought this BECAUSE it was made by Sekonda (who historically have had a reputation for high-quality watches at affordable prices)It's being replaced by Amazon so will update when the replacement arrives.:-(
