I have a Stihl HS 45 hedge trimmer that wouldn't run anymore. Be careful when using the included gaskets as they are not the same as the OEM gaskets. I ended up re-using one of the OEM gaskets and one of the replacements. Be sure to match the vent holes in the gaskets. Once installed, the trimmer started on the 3rd pull! Runs like new!

This is a knock-off part of the Stihl OEM part. It has no badging or markings. It was delivered in a plain white box with no wrapping. The machining is not to great. It may work but I know that if I bring my machine to a Stihl dealer for repair and they see this, they will not work on the machine. I will be trying to return the carb because of all this.

I did not get the part I ordered. I got a carburetor but not for my stihl hedge trimmer. I am not satisfied at all and am now stuck with a brand new part I have no use for and have to order again
