TBH I don’t know, we used it to die some jeans and it worked fine?

Q: Would it dye outdoor sun lounger covers that are shower proof.

Personally i don't know whether it would dye sun lounger covers. For me it was useless, it wouldn't even dye a couple of white stripes on a black jumper so for me it was a waste of money.

Q: Will this cover bleach stains on a black cotton vest?

Doubt it did not even stain trousers black
