It's a 32A MCB
I needed to change my 16A MCB as it kept tripping out my cooker hob and extractor fan - I brought a new hood, oven and hob and had it fitted by the retailer. The sparks who wasn't a sparks told me my 40A MCB could cause a fire and told me I needed a 16A fir my oven - my induction hob needed a 32A! So I swapped the MCB out myself to tge 16 as he wouldn't fit the oven - so fitting the 32 A MCB was a breeze!I ran everything up on the 32A MCB and enjoyed cooking my Christmas Dinner beca7se without it I couldn't have.So cheap but so useful- PS don't get currie's (you know who I mean) to fit any appliances as they're not sparkies!

Perfect fit
I’d never realised how confusing it was to buy a MCB. I stuck to buying the same brand as was originally in the fuse box, even though it looked a bit different, and it fitted just fine. Works just as well as I’d hoped.

Good replacement
One of the breakers in my consumer unit would trip when power was restored (i.e. after a power cut), even with no load on the circuit. Was worried a power cut would trip the breaker and leave my freezer without power, so decided to replace it.Swapped this in, and the now all seems OK.Old breaker was around 7 years old, just seemed to be over sensitive.
