Got things moving
I’m really pleased with this product. First night I tried one capsule just to see what effect it would have on my body. Nothing happened by the end of the next day, so I then took 3 capsules. Happy to report my constipation, which had been ongoing for weeks, seems to be resolving itself. I didn’t experience any negative side effects like cramping, nausea or diarrhoea - think the key is to keep the dose as low as possible while still being effective. I’m going to drop down to 2 capsules every other day to hopefully keep regular.

Difficult to swallow
Very difficult to swallow .

Disappointed
I am disappointed that this product has not helped me at all with my IBS, bloating and constipation. I do think Castor Oil is a good idea but sadly this product has failed to produce the results I was so hoping for.It was easy to swallow and flavourless but failed me.

I can not recommend this product enough
Let me begin by saying, I never ever leave reviews as I so very busy always. I just had to go out of my way to say that if you want to achieved the cleansing of your small intestine, which in fact is a highly difficult place to reach, then this is theeee product. This castor oil is highly affective but you must freeze it over a 10 day or so span before. I had only liquids on the day of taking, my dose was high, I swallowed 16 caps.I have been cleansing now over 8 months and have seen some sights in the toilet (coffee enema's) however I have never witnessed such creatures on such scale leave my intestines. Just incredible, I can not recommend this product enough, there is a holistic healer on youtube who talks on her experience with frozen castor oil capsules in treating parrasties in the small intestines, she is called....'a place to heal' Just mind blowing stuff.Make sure you are doing liquids and enemas to allow the critters out.
