The Body Shop Ultra Fine Bath Lily Beige

was expecting the usual synthetic bath lily, which is what the picture indicates you are buying. Instead what I received was something I could only describe as granny's crochet project made to look like a bath lily. It had the usual Body Shop identifiers on it, but it is absolutely useless as far as being used as a bath lily. It soaks up any and all soap applied to it and it's never heard from again. You get a better was applying the soap to your hands and doing away with the thing all together!!! I think it's one of the worst purchases I've ever made.

its not even remotely close to what is seen on pictures and is more cotton like fibres then plastic shown in the picture, you might as well buy it from the orginal retailer instead (its also cheaper) then buy this. also 2x smaller then the orginal shown. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, had to go to customer service to request my money back

They are a bit small, but the quality is better than the cheap ones which only last for a couple of weeks. They lather well and offer some level of exfoliation too. My only gripe is that the loop is too short for hanging it over taps.

This bath lily is really small. 2-3cm across. Not big enough to wash a body!! Maybe a baby.

This was not the same item as pictured! I was expecting the normal body shop lilie, this is some kind of crocheted doily type thing that wouldn’t look out of place over my Nans tea pot or adorned over her sofa! Really don’t waste your money. Avoid this product if you’re looking for the original Lilie.

These loofahs are soft to the touch and lather up very well. They're great in that they can offer a good clean without the rough, scratchy feeling you might get with some of the cheaper ones. This has been especially good when it comes to washing any areas with more sensitive skin (such as the face). Straight out of the box, these actually feel a little bit small. However, they will expand a bit over time with regular use. These loofahs come with an attached cord that allows them to be hung up in your shower. I hang mine off a hook on a shower caddy, and the loofah hangs about 5 inches below the hook.

I feel the product quality has comedown over the years. My earlier Body Shop loofah was very soft and it lasted long. The one i bought in Amazon wasn't the same quality but for the price as i paid earlier. The loofah was too hard and its harsh on your skin. Pls dont buy this product as i feel there is quality difference in Amazon when compared their store purchase.

I changed this from 1 star to 5 stars for service. I requested a refund for the reason written below and they were very easy to work with and accommodating. Really makes all the difference. ... I used to use these regularly and they were great. The one I just received is much smaller than the page's description: "Product Dimensions: 5.8 x 5.7 x 3.4 inches". (That product description is as of September 11, 2016.) In fact, its diameter is 3 - 3.5 inches and it's much more flimsy than how it used to be before.
