Excellent price prompt delivery, not a material shade but does the job and very colourful and can be angled and easy to use and use in garden or carry to beach.

This sun shade is really colourful and is just what I wanted. Contrary to the photo, the inside has grey anti-heat fabric, much used on the continent to lessen the effects of the sun on buildings. As far as I'm concerned, this is an added bonus. The only reason I give the product a four star is that I had a problem with the closing of the shade. It opened with no problem, but it got stuck and only with help was I able to close it again, so I thought I would pass on how this was solved, just in case any one else experiences the same. Firstly, the sunshade is not so robust as conventional umbrellas and therefore has to be treated more gently. Push the umbrella up slowly so that it doesn't push against the metal bar protruding from the top of the pole - my mistake was to push it too much. When closing, align the red button with the small metal bar, push the red button in as you pull the shade down to close, and there should be no problem. If it does get jammed, use a pair of needle-nosed pliers to manipulate the metal bar until the mechanism inside is no longer jammed. You should find after this that the shade closes again with no problem.

At a good price and a very good product with great resistance and effective for both rainy and sunny days, for use in my garden.

This item arrived broken. The plastic catch to push up the shade was broken. I still managed to put the parasol up but could not then get it down. If I left it in the garden, it would blow away, so I had to put it in my greenhouse and obviously it was too large, awkward and not something I wished to bring into the house. I cannot return it as I cannot pack it away. I have absolutely no idea how to take a photograph of it and attach it to this email. I am not very IT competent as I have been trying for days to report this fault parasol. IT WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE WHEN IT ARRIVED AS WELL AS THE BROKEN CATCH THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE CENTRE OF THE SHADE. I appreciate if was not expensive but it was of very poor quality. The only plus was it the colours were lovely and bright and I did like the look of it. Hence I ordered it. Please can you refund my £10.90. Thank you very much in anticipation of your help. Incidentally I still have not received the 2nd KARRMA BLACK 7 LITRE PARASOL BASE which I have paid for. (I had previously paid for and have already received an identical base and ordered another one) I am also still waiting for an Estee Lauder White Linen 60ml Eau do Parfum Spray.priced at £39.55 which I should have received by 16th May. PLEASE CAN YOU ADVISE ME WHERE THESE TWO MISSING ITEMS ARE? WILL I STILL RECEIVE THEM AND HAVE YOU ALREADY TAKEN PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT? I am very concerned that neither of these two items have arrived yet. The only item which has arrived on time was the faulty Uni-box parasol. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURNS FORM. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES. THANK YOU

I really liked this product. I bought it for the price mainly. I have been wanting a parasol for my garden for ages but I have always found them to be expensive. I bought this because it was cheaper than others that I had seen and so I wasn't expecting the quality to be that good. I was very pleased with the quality when it arrived. I bought it to keep the sun off of my daughter when she played in the garden but the pole comes apart easily and it is lightweight so it could be taken to the beach as well. With the pole coming apart it means it can be easily stored. The height of the pole is about 5'9 and the diameter of the parasol is about 5'1 so it's a good size. I'm very happy with the product overall.

Cheep and cheerful, does what I needed it to do and that is to keep the sun off my little one while he plays in the garden. He loves the bright colours of the brolly and it has a tilting function on it which is useful
