This works really well for a right good clean out!
Well it's a bit obvious what you really need this for..It does the clean out beautifully I must say, never been so squeeky clean up there! Very simple to use and together with a seperate long nozzle I have for the purpose, it cleaned me right out superbly. No poop left up my nether regions at all and it seems to last for like 2 to 3 days after a thorough clean out. Marvellous device!Get one if you would love to get your colon and your anal 'passage' really clean and healthy.
