I have just weighed one there, and it weighs approx. 9kg.

Yes you can raise it so out of the water or lower so back in and also adjust the height vertically all while attached

Prop housing is about 40 cm long with the propeller connected.

you will find a very big difference in running time between 4 and 5. Iwould guess 3 hours on 5 but about double that on 4. Water conditions will make no difference to running time.All that would change would be how far you will travel.
