I pair this lotion with Rocky Mountain Joint Relief for extra pain relief and spend at least a minute massaging it into the knee to aid in blood circulation and healing. This does help provide relief for a torn meniscus.

This ointment is very effective. This is the second time I have repurchased it. My parents said that their knees felt much better after using it. It is really good news for people with bad knees.

They work wonders

I love this MSM lotion. I have back issues and it really help me with those and I can usually get away with just the lotion. However, there are days when sleep is hard to come by because the pain is so intense. When that happens I have my husband run the lit lion on first and then follow with Rural Route Full Spectrum (2500mg) Salve and the pain relief happens within minutes and I can then sleep like a baby. I credit the MSM for helping to deliver the CBD on a cellular level because I never get the same effect if I only use just one product but together they are phenomenal.
