This product arrived well packaged and in good order and quickly! There was a little slip of paper inside with instructions which, although I didn't need, I was glad about. The product itself is high quality and looks great, the bells aren't annoying either. The sound is more like sleigh bells. I had seen this sort of bell on YouTube and decided to give it a try with my 13 month old miniature Schnoodle. She is super intelligent and took to it straight away. A bit nervous at first but I let her get used to it, then over 5-10 minutes kept treating her with a treat she loves every time she touched it with her nose. Now she is happy to do it (even if I ask her twice because she's so gentle with it I didn't hear it the first time). It is so cute to watch. She is tiny and cannot be seen from behind the sofa so when she 'hangs around' in that area, we aren't sure what she's doing. She also plays wolf, we can be in and out a lot in the evening thinking she wants to out. Each time we think she 'really' wants to go we ask her to ring the bell, lots of praise, then out she goes. She's so proud of herself too. I'm sure this product will be money well spent. Would recommend.

I cannot believe how fast this worked. I'm a dog groomer and often get asked about toilet training of puppies. A customer told me about these bells. I ordered the same day. And the next day my 18 month old Bichon who would not wee on a walk but peed in the house immediately responded to the bells. Every day I'm amazed at how the bells work. They do. With no explanation. Bertie can be playing with my other dogs. I jingle the bells, he stops playing and has a wee. I tell everyone about these bells. They are brilliant. Have yet to use properly, but the quality seems good for the price paid.My 15 week old puppy has very few "accidents" and is very intelligent, but anything that helps him let us know that he needs to go outside is a bonus. Intend to teach him using a clicker and treats, first by just holding the bells and moving onto the door afterI tried them on the door and it confused him, well stopped him at any rate while he looked at them.Our other dog just comes and stares at us and if that fails barks ! She has a certain outside stare she uses !I rather like the bells and if they don't work for the dogs will put them to another use !

We were having loads of problems with our dog toilet training. Within less than a week of getting this, he's nudging the bells with his nose to go out, do his business then come back in.Stick with it, it will work! such a simple idea but a very effective one. Just knock it every time you open the door for your pet to go out, so they associate going out with that noise, and within a few days you'll be getting up every 2 minutes to let your dog out when they realise that's how they get outside

I bought two sets of these bells for my 10 week labrador pup. He has taken to them straight away and is happy to ring the bells with his mouth. He is off to a great start and I'm confident he will fully understand the concept quickly.I hope in time they will make life easy for him and for us too. I bought this for our 5mth old puppy Labrador, who is into everything. We’ve only had the bells a few days, so can’t comment on whether they will work or not because it’s going to take a lot of training first. There are no suggestions with the paperwork on how you might carry out the training.The ‘bells’ are well made, but I wouldn’t leave my puppy alone with them, as she tries to chew and eat them.Therefore, for those reasons, I’ve only given three stars.

I bought these after buying some other, quieter bells as I wanted to be able to hear them from other rooms in the house. These are better, but you still need to really clatter them to make a proper noise. They're well made and fit for purpose. My dog still hasn't got the idea after almost a month but I think he's just not that keen on being outside!
