Great pillow, super comfortable and great to travel with! Really like the fact that it can be used for neck support but also to cover the eyes and escape the bright lights of a plane.It's also really soft and very light.

This is my second pillow, the previous one lasted about 5 years with frequent use - so it's really good quality product. Helps a lot when suffering from headaches or just needing to block out noises. It's pricey but worth it.

This is the second one we have bought, and my son loves how they feel, but they have both got little holes very quickly, hence the low rating. The material is very fragile. Once it has a little hole, it starts to spit out the tiny beads (like very small bean bag beads). The second time around we knew about the problem and applied nail varnish as soon as the first hole appeared and that stopped it.

Very supportive and comfortable for my neck whilst sleeping on my back supported by a wedge following a hip replacement operation.

This is the second Ostrichpillow I have bought in the past few weeks and both have broken - one was broken in the box and the next broke when it was used for the first time - the toggles came off and the stitching came undone. I am very disappointed as I bought this product 4 years ago and it was wonderful. Not only is the quality now very bad but the company have not bothered to respond to any of my enquiries.

Bought this to wear around my neck so I could rest my head. Not supportive at all as its made out of three layers of tiny microbeads. Seems like it's only use is as a turban thing to cover your eyes. Will return as its an expensive thing to never use.

Really love this brand. Their pillows are always usable in more than one way, and this has definitely lived up to that for me. For sure a travel pillow I'm not embarrassed to wear, and use other places than just on planes. Also really like the style in general.

Works as an eye mask to block out light and a neck pillow when commuting. This company knows what they’re doing!

Comfy and soft.

I really wanted to like this, and I was really excited for when it arrived, only to be pretty disappointed upon trying it out. It's a lot smaller than it looks online, and it's not as comfy as you think it would be. The microbeads move around and don't really support your head all that well. It also doesn't block out much light if you were hoping for it to do that. Unfortunately I will be returning this.
