Solid, well made
Best grip strength trainer, this is a decent step up from the trainer model, would definitely recommend that first, good to be able to see the progression

Would highly recommend!
Debated on getting these for a while then finally decided to get the trainer which arrived early and I was very impressed with how high quality the item is. Then I got the no. 1 a week later, it also arrived very promptly and is also a great item. This one was a challenge to close but do-able for reps so I will be looking to buy no. 2 soon (preferably from this vendor if it is in stock). I would definitely recommend getting this as it is worth the money, as to which to buy first is difficult to answer and the best thing to do is just buy it and see how difficult it is (trainer was a good start for me).

Great product to improve grip strength!
Do not recommend this for beginners as it hard to use, however I do recommend this set so would advise to go for a lower level first. Hand grips are a little corse and will definitely rough up calluses however is definitely sturdy in your hand and keeps its strength over time.

Excellent quality - gotta crush ‘em all!
Speedy delivery & packaged just fine - especially good that they can be posted through the letterbox. I’ve had all sorts of different grippers over the past couple of decades, almost all pretty cheap & very, very easy to close repeatedly. A couple of years ago I bought a ‘heavy grip’ that was a cheap imitation of the Captains of Crush. It was apparently rated at 200lbs, which I couldn’t quite close fully, so I was looking to find something to help build up to it. I must admit that I was drawn to the CoC grippers via some YouTube videos where they were testing folks grip strength (Jujimufu, Brian Shaw, Brian Alsruhe...) & decided to go for the CoC #1, since I figured I was already close to getting 200lbs, so 140lbs should be easy... Guess again. Well, I still loved the quality of this gripper, so almost immediately ordered the Trainer, to give me a lighter weight to warm up with. Pleased that I could then close that (100lbs), but decided to round things out by also ordering the Guide (60lbs), as my wife & kids were also now interested in getting their grip stronger, but they could hardly budge any of the heavier grippers. The lightest two were a bit squeaky, but that was soon remedied with some 3-in-1 oil application. We’ve also now got some really light squishers & finger bands for extensions too Overall, we’d definitely recommend the CoC family of grippers.

Finally some decent grippers, I have had numerous ones that I have never had a problem closing. I can not close these ones.....yet.

Gorilla Arms
My colleague is typing as I am speaking, because I can't type anymore with this gargantuan arms. I've been squeezing the CoC gripper for one year and a half now, started with T, went to S so I don't injure myself because T was too hard to close, got to T, 0.5, 1 and now I'm planning on purchasing the 1.5. I feel like this year I'll be squeezing the CoC all year, but slowly, because tendonitis is a serious thing and you don't want to injure yourself. What I found works best for me is: If I do endurance training (T warm-up 15-20 reps each hand, 2 sets, for blood rush. Then 0.5 10 reps each hand, 1 set. Then 1 5 reps each hand, 1 set), I can barely close number 1 by the time I get to it, and it doesn't allow me to progress in strength. On the other hand, if I train as a powerlifter (S warm-up 30 reps each hand, 2 sets, for blood rush. Then T 5 reps max each hand, 1 set. Then 0.5 3-5 reps max each hand, 1 set. Then 1 3-5 reps max each hand, 1 set), then I can really close and squeeze (negative reps) the 1 in both hands for 3-5 reps and hold it for 2-3 seconds, after releasing it slow. I feel like it is important to crush your daughter's boyfriends hand and impose yourself as the alpha male douche from the get-go. I'm only 25, and I hope to have two twin identical boys so I can crush everyone's hand at school meetings, otherwise it'll only be a few hands of the poor souls who date my daughter. Disclaimer: All funny parts should be treated as such. If problems arise, stop carrying, life is too beautiful and short to waste fury on anything other than closing these beautiful devices sent from the Gods. All the training I mentioned above is what I do, I've been doing it for 1 year and 6 months and I have no problems. Yet. I train twice a week, eat well and go to the gym, BUT I HAVE PROPER REST. And omega-3. Omega-3 is love, omega-3 is life when it comes to training.
