The hot flushes have reduced, not stopped. These have been the most effective brand that I have used so far. The only dislike is that I get an aftertaste of sage, I feel like I have just eaten a lamb roast dinner. A drink will make that pass. I like this brand, I like the simple packaging. I have just gone onto HRT as my symptoms and mental health have got so much worse.

Firstly, yes, these do work. For me they help with hot flushes, particularly night sweats. However, within 10 minutes of taking the tablet i can taste it, it burns the back of my throat, then I get heartburn and it repeats on me for a couple of hours. I have tried taking it before food, with food and after food. I have tried anything from a shot glass to a pint of water with it. It still happens. I will finish the pack as I'm not about to waste money, but definitely won't be buying again.

I find Lindens supple excellent supplements they are my go to brand. They work really well are easy to swallow and great value for money.

I bought these because I couldn't get the pressed tablets I normally take. These are vile. Within 10 minutes of taking them I am burping the taste of sage and it is nasty.
