Prefer the "wings" of SwaddleMe Original
I was curious (as many others seemed to be) about the differences between the Love Sack and Wrap Sack, so I ordered both (see photos). The big difference: the Love Sack zips the child into the sack, similar to the Halo SleepSack Swaddle, whereas the Wrap Sack snaps at the top. Both sacks have zippers to allow for easy diaper changes without undoing velcro (which is the main feature I was after).I felt like the neck was a bit small on the Wrap Sack; not hazardously tight, just more snug than ideal. But the real deal breaker is the "arm hole" size and wing style. The arm holes are too high up, so you can't snugly wrap the left wing around and tuck it under your baby like you can with the SwaddleMe Original. It wraps more like the Love Sack, which works the same as a Halo SleepSack Swaddle; the center velcro secures it ok when the kid is nearly growing out of the thing, but if they're on the small side of the weight range the velcro isn't in the right place and they can slip their arms out easily.I ended up opting for the SwaddleMe Original (in a larger size) even though I had to give up the zippered bottom. I just secure the swaddle around her chest to transition to arms out.

Obsessed with these!
My barely 3-month-old is 18lb and busting out of the largest Halo Swaddle sack that I could find. I tried this SwaddleMe wrapsacks out of desperation since this little guy looooves to be swaddled! It's perfect!!! I love that both arms are velcroed in so that it's harder for him to wiggle out. On the two occasions he did wiggle out, he pulled his arm above the fabric so I don't have to worry about the fabric bunching up around his face. The bottom zips easily for night diaper changes, and the prints are so cute. I have this dog one and the whale one (pictured). I think the design is going to perfect for transitioning him from swaddled arms in to out, and due to the length, he can enjoy the snugger swaddle around his torso for another couple of months! I wish I had known about this when my oldest outgrew his halo sleepsack. Instead I just started getting up with him every 2 hours unswaddled. 😳.Bottom line: if you have a larger baby who isn't ready to give up the swaddle, this is absolutely perfect.

Great but huge!
We are huge swaddleme swaddle fans. We had multiple for our daughter and purchased multiple for our son. Our daughter only used the size small swaddles and by the time she grew out of them she wasn't needing to be swaddled anymore and she preferred arms out. So when preparing for our son to arrive I bought 4 small swaddles thinking that would be all we would need. Nope- he grew out of them by 8 weeks to the point where he instantly would break free because we couldn't Velcro them fully. Our solution was this wrap sack. Thinking since he had sized out of the small swaddleme sacks we should purchase these in large and he would fit. Boy were we wrong! These things are huge! To the point where we couldn't wrap him. It was super loose and he would wiggle it up to his face. So we gave up and started swaddling with both arms out. Inconvenient at first since he preferred to still be swaddled arms in but now we are fine. They work great and aren't too warm. I still recommend them but be warned they are huge! Even if your little on sized out of swaddleme swaddles (smalls) don't buy large in these- buy small!

Favorite of 4 we've tried
We've now purchased 4 different swaddling sacs.Swaddleme Wrapsack = favorite. It's a bit big on our 6 week old, but it t still works. I opted for this design because sometimes he likes to have his arms out. I like the zipper at the bottom for easy access for diaper changes. The Velcro is large enough to grip well but small enough to be manageable. It's really easy to get on him tight and doesn't ride up under his chin.Halo Sleepsack - close #2. The only thing that really places this below the swaddleme design is that the Velcro pieces are so big it's a bit harder to manage. You really don't need Velcro this large. The quality of the material and the zipper are solid. We ordered the design for this one that also allows for arms in or out.The Miracle Blanket - distant third. Where I would order another swaddleme or Halo for back up, I would not order a second miracle blanket. I don't like that this works best by pinning the babies arms straight down by its sides. I also find that this is only marginally easier to put on than a real swaddle blanket. I also struggle that by the time I put the baby down to sleep, the blanket has crept up under his chin to the point where I'm concerned.Woombie - distant #4. This design may work for some but it does not work for our baby. Every time we put him in this he peed almost immediately and seemed very distressed. He likes to be able to get his hands near his face and this completely locks their hands inside of the swaddle. The quality is very nice and it's very simple to put on (the easiest of all we have tried) but our baby hates it .
