The media could not be loaded. Love the vibrant colors. I like that they came with mini straws. We used these for the grandchildren on vacation and for the plane ride so they wouldn’t spill their drinks, at the hotel, and while visiting great-grandma. Have bought a second set.

Cup is nice. Hot stays hot and the cold stays cold the only issue I have is I used the cup with the lid twice and the slider on the lid broke and a small piece fell into my drink.

I love it was smaller just for children. I think the larger 20 ounce is to be for children under 10 years. I made it a gift for my grandson who is 8 years old for making player of week for his football team. He loves and since he run a little like sonic very fast, he loves it. My daughter said she was even looking for a pictured of sonic cleat for him but were out of stock. I have gotten so many compliments that I will be ordering more for the size and quality.

These tumblers gave me not one problem! They sublimated easily. The colors were fully transformed from the paper to the tumbler. It took me 5 minutes in the air fryer on 350 degrees, with one turn at 2:25 minutes. They came out PERFECT! Arrived fast, no issues with the product, and a clean transfer! Definitely sticking with them!
