Moto Z2 Play Case Bumper White/Clear Compatible with Moto Mods (Ademite)

I have the exact same one in black, it's awesome and works perfectly. I love that it protects my phone while allowing me to use my Moto Mod batteries. For some reason the exact same thing in white/clear doesn't fit the phone quite right. I've tried two of the white/clear ones now, both wouldn't allow the Moto Mod battery to attach snuggly to the back of the phone. I was able to sand some material off of one to make it work, but really come on, if you're going to sell something that advertises a specific function, you'd better be damn sure that your advertised function works perfectly, even if nothing else does.

I was able to get the bumper on with little trouble. My side buttons have complete function, no problem there. HOWEVER, it is marketed as compatible with the Moto Mods. I have the 360 camera and this mod cannot go on while the bumper is on. I will, like the other reviewers, have to modify the bumper for it to work with the camera. I haven't decided if I will keep it or not. This is not what I expected.

Fits just fine on my Moto Z2 Play. My TurboPower battery pack fits just fine with the bumper in place, as does my Incipio car dock. Buttons on the side also work just fine. The only thing I would improve on this is to have a small cut-out on the lower right side to allow one to plug in a USB charger directly to the TurboPower battery mod. Not a necessity as one can charge using the connector on the bottom of the phone, but charging via the battery pack means it charges the turbo power pack first and then only charges the phone battery to 80% (assuming one has selected that option in the setup). Dropped the phone once and the bumper did its job and protected the phone.

Used this on my moto z play gen 1 . After doing some carefull modifications on the bottom off the case it works great. I can use my moto mods with no problems.

Fits the moto z2 play well, doesn't reduce signal, feels nice, fits my battery pack fine. Way better than the other metal case I got.I took a star off because the hole for the headphone jack is not properly aligned, so I have to remove the case in order to access the jack.

I agree with Mark (above). The bumper case does not allow for a good fit for the wireless charging mod case. I actually cut some of the tab away at the bottom and I still have difficulty snapping the charging mod on and off. I would rather just leave the bumper case off but I want some protection. Not a very good design, nor product2nd problem: pushing the volume down button often results in both volume buttons being pressed and a resulting screen shot of the phone.I think our money should be refunded. Had to alter mine to make it work!See below for original, and my alteration.

It worked perfectly for me. People have to make sure they have moto z2. I accidentally put it on in he wrong direction the first time, it was a little challenging to get off; but, I was able to are it off and place it on correctly. I have the jbl speaker and it fits perfectly for me!I also recommend any with the phone brand new to invest in a screen protector. I personally chose the plastic one, I have seen too many temper glass screen protectors not crack, but the screen cracks underneath.

There is a small tab on the back of the case that fits under some of the moto mods.My battery mod has a small opening in the same spot used to remove the mod. If you want to be able to exchange mods easily, you'll want to cut off that tab as other commenters have suggested.
