Not much good for heel pain maybe slight ankle sprains would see some benefit. I think I have a heel spur and it's done nothing to alleviate my wretched pain. Had this before and it took a long time to repair itself it does go with time; unfortunately mine is work related so I bought these alongside loads of cushioned insoles. Nothing works... Off to doctors when I can get a bleeding appointment!... Revision - having retried these socks I do feel some benefit when lounging around after all day pain - takes your mind off the constant ache - as a result of heel spurs you tend to walk differently giving you aching ankles which the socks do help alleviate, so an extra star from me.

The 1st pair I ordered were compressing my feet nicley, unfortunatelly the socks were two small and I had to try the next size up. I just started to wear the 2nd pair and the compression is gentle and soothing. However, if you are like me, sensitive of anything too tight around your ankle, please be mindfull to get a bigger size in order to have extra room. The seller was fantastic to ofer advise and sugested a solution. Overall, I am happy with the product. Thank You.

These provide a bit of support , I think I was hoping for a miracle to rid me of the pain of plantar thingumybob. Even though I measured i find these a bit tight, mainly at the end of the day after being on my feet a lot. I did contact seller but they did not get back to me . I doubt it matters whether there is a left and right but I have two L.

In my opinion these are not suitable for buying online. I found it very hard to know what size to get by the sizing chart, as my ankle measured different depending on how it was positioned. I was a medium with my foot in standing position and a large with my foot pointed, so I bought the large size. Upon receiving them I was still just as unsure if I'd bought the right size, but to return them would have cost me £3.99 in P&P, so I stuck with the large size. For me I didn't find they helped with my P.F. at all, in fact I felt they could possibly be making it worse so I've stopped wearing them. I personally find my ankle seizes up when I keep still for any length of time and wearing these restricts movement, so for me these were a waste of money I'm afraid.

I bought a couple of pairs in August but wanted to fully test them before writing a review, and they are great!I have a slightly dodgy ankle and when I spend all day on my feet, by the evening it's throbbing. I bought these before embarking upon a 3 week holiday in Scotland and Orkney, which involved some all walking days as well as a mix of driving and walking. I wore these all day and every day and I'm pleased to say that although there was a slight pain by the evening on the all walking days, including along some ankle-twisting paths, it was a lot better than without them, and it was gone by the morning. They were comfortable to wear all day too.Highly recommended and I've just ordered some more plus a pair for my friend to try.

Suffered from ankle pains from high impact sports and running for years. The Copper in these have helped massively with the recovery time post workout/game. They fit perfectly and you can feel the support with every turn. They don’t fully eliminate the post pains but do make a massive difference. bought to help with plantar fasciitis on my left foot. Have only used for about a week but seems to be working. I got size large and they are not as tight as I thought they might be but after measuring my ankle size I was just about a large according to the advice. Would recommend in any case as its definitely been less painful so far.

Very promt service. The compression sock has certainly given much relief from the pain from plantar fasciitis which has been troublesome for many weeks. The sock certainly allows me to be more active. I personally feel it works for me and recommend giving it a try. It is not a cure, but a supportive aid to recovery.
