Dolcificante eccezionale
Questo dolcificante è davvero ottimo. Non ha il retrogusto amarognolo e un po' aromatico (la stevia sa di liquirizia) tipico di tutti i dolcificanti. È buono anche nel caffè. Certo, costa parecchio e dolcifica assai meno dello zucchero comune (60-70%) dunque io non lo utilizzerò per fare dolci per tutti, però in qualche circostanza particolare, può essere un buon alleato.
