These natural ingredients are the best for you and your body/period. I use 4 pills (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening) but I did have to use Tylenol during the discomfort of my cramps on my first day. On my second day, no cramps and felt upbeat for the mood.

Glad I discovered these! They do help cut down on cramps and allows me to use less pain relievers meds. My teenage daughter also uses the gummy kind.

Get them! So far so good. No Advil or Midol needed in the last few days. No cramps. Bloating is definitely down. Gave a mood boost even after the crazy stressful election 🥴 on day three period. IYKYK! Flow was still heavy but pain was barely even noticeable and I worked that night. Usually I'd have to call in because the pain was so bad. I will definitely be ordering the larger amount next time. The 12 count is great as a test trial.

Semaine Review: Disappointed and FrustratedI was so excited to give Semaine a try after reading all the glowing reviews and promises of reducing bloat, discomfort, and regulating cycles. Unfortunately, my experience with the product was a huge letdown.Not only did it fail to alleviate my bloating and discomfort as advertised, but it actually disrupted my cycle completely. I’ve always been very regular, with cycles arriving every 25-26 days like clockwork, but since starting Semaine, my cycle has disappeared entirely. This disruption has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m really unhappy with the result.On top of that, having to take so many pills in such a short window of time felt overwhelming, especially for the steep price they charge for such a small amount of tablets. Honestly, I expected much better.For anyone considering this product, I would highly suggest avoiding it. It didn’t deliver on its promises, and I certainly won’t be recommending or repurchasing it.
