Q: My existing extractor fan has the wiring for n, l, l. but the xpelair has t,n,l? does my current s wire goes into t??

T is your permanent live, L is your switch live connection if unsure get an electrician to connect it for you.

Q: Where is the electrical connection made in relation to the duct?

On the outside edge at about 10 o'clock if I remember correctly

Q: does this have a pull cord? I don't want to fit to the light circuit.

It comes with a pull cord if you ordered one. Check your order.

Q: Wont turn itself off. What am i doing wrong. It hardwired in. Humidity set high so not sensitive and timer 15mins

Please ensure that the fan is wired as per the instruction manual and if required please carry out a clean of the fan. The fan will stay on after the time set if at this point the humidity in the room is still higher than that set on the humidistat.
