Hmmmmm, the quality is good. We didn't realize that this size was smaller then a real life head. Our bad.This was a gift to our grand daughter who has a real desire to work on hair styles. The hair is fine however the stitching shows and seems very thin in places.Aside from this being fair quality, the poor thing ended up being called "creepy head" by the family.It's fine for entry level, home use for a teen to practice new styles. Not recommended for professionals who need life-sized models instead.

The first time I used it the hair started falling out. The hair is very thin and it looks bald in the front! I'm very unsatisfied with the doll especially because it was over $30. Not worth it at all.

Bought this for my wife for her Board license exam. Based on what I know about these type of products and her evaluation of the product the quality was top-notch, the hair quality and length was as described, she was able to do all required styles with the hair for the board exam without any problems. On products of low quality and that are not 100% human hair, that is something that is always difficult to achieve even something as simple as blow drying their hair, which was not a problem with this mannequin head. And with this purchase was the first time that I used one day shipping to Puerto Rico that I thought that would be something that will not be achieved here on the island I will never doubt that again, left Monday arrived Tuesday at 4 p.m.

If I could rate it "creepy" I would. I have it - when it's not being manipulated and talked to by my 12 yo daughter - mounted and "staring" out the window as a deterrent of what, I'm not sure but I am pretty sure it is deterring something or someone. I have no doubt. It makes me feel safer in any case and makes it worth every penny.

Product came on rime hair is good and will work for state board. Hair does fall out but it is a maniquin and doesn't have a human scalp even the most expensive ones will Shed.

i purchased this for my state board exam. it arrived on time. it was shipped wrapped in a bag within a box. the hair is smooth, thicker closer to the scalp & running thinner towards the ends (which was to be expected after reading some reviews) I'm not upset about that since I'll have to prep it for my exam anyway. so glad I purchased this & it arrived when it did. wish me luck! :)

I have the Yolanda & Bella mannequins from celebrity & i gotta say they are my favs out of the 8 mannequin heads I own (5 are diane's from school kit, the 2 celebrity, then 1 from ebay) the hair is good quality real human hair all of mine have been bleached, colored, cut, heat styled, the worksThe ones from celebrity have last the longest and the price is excellent, whereas my ebay one costed about $40 & the bottom neck piece has detached completelyI purchased Helen for state board and i can't wait to get her & I might even purchase jasmine

Poor communication, item is poorly made.....the pattern design is not consistent. Will not recommend purchasing from here Claims it takes almost a month for a ring to be made when in reality is a master produced item.
