I am so pissed off with this, the brush is just falling apart! I bought the shiny version of this set and it was to be my one buy to best set yet. I have been shaving like this for years, so I do know what I am doing and how to look after a shaving brush. After a month it started and ever since then 4 or 5 hairs a shave, 4 months and I won't really have a brush (Not like it was when I bought it anyway).Also I have wrote to them asking what advice they have, hoping really for them to say send it too us and we will either sort it out or send a new one, they didn't even reply to the email.
