Wow! What a hit of ginger and chilli. These are not so hot that you cannot get near them, but I like spicy food and the taste of ginger, so they seemed like a good idea. I find the taste to be okay, but the overall effect is refreshing. I tend to have one in the morning and it always wakes me up.

Started on Moju, which i think it is a little expensive. This tastes as good and I really enjoy a shot every morning. Great value.

Ok, but definitely prefer the ginger shots over the turmeric flavour. Ginger shot has some kick, but didn't taste healthy maybe a lot of sugar/ fruit juice in this brand. Turmeric flavour is not nice, maybe too much powdered turmeric used. Don't think id buy again.

I've had these on subscription for a few months now having read about the benefits of Turmeric and trying a few different turmeric shots - this one is my favourite. (Turmeric is a natural compound (polyphenol) called curcumin, which has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties) I have a problem with my knees and I have found this natural remedy effective in reducing the inflammation and soreness in my knees. My skin has improved as a side benefit. The flavour is fine - and with added black pepper and chili it gives a little zip to your morning. The individual shots have also made it handy for me to take when away with work and don't require any refrigeration. Good product

Being using for a while the size is perfect , the taste is ok as abit of kick to it, starting taking for health benefits and can definelty tell the difference
