Was very handy when we went to the caravan as Wi-Fi on the site was a bit sporadic.

I have three of these that is not working according to how we have tried to support the clients . The timings we are with them is very short and therefore once give the connectivity item to them they take home. We have had several clients complaining the items are not working . I have taken one off the resident and tried myself to see what the issues are and it clearly shows it’s not connecting at all even with the SIM card in there . The other two have worked as in total I have ordered 5. So only two out of Five is not working making it extremely challenging for us to support residents after a few weeks as then we are loosing out of money when we cannot send this back which is not any fault of our own as when we do hear fromResidents it’s late as they are older folks so by the time they get round to trying to plug this in it’s not working then they will come back to us making it extremely difficult to chase and send back .If items are affective we should not have this issue /We need some clarification of what can be done in this situation as we don’t have the money to waste as a nonprofit as we rely on donations to maintain the community service and helping people in our community so we either require an exchange and ensure this will work this time round or a refund so we could look elsewhere.

I wasn't able to get it working because I don't have a laptop

Worked well initially, but after 4 months it would not connect to the internet and would get very hot.The SIM card connects when used in another dongle - would not recommend.

I bought this device so I could use my apple devices outside the home rather than use them in unsecured locations such as trains and cafes. I couldn’t get the device to work properly so I took it to an Apple shop who charged me £20 for fixing it only to find out they couldn’t get it working and not only on my IOS devices but on my Acer Windows 10 Laptop. It would not work on anything. I sent it back for a full refund plus the £20 engineers fee but that was refused. I was disgusted as all I got back was the price of the item. I had to go to the engineer as I was going away 3 days later and had planned to take it with me. Never in a month of Sundays will I buy anything like that again, they are useless even on my Windows laptop.

Not user friendly and completely counter intuitive to accesss the internal administration platform.
