Lip Balm Kit - Make Your Own 100% Natural Beeswax Lip Balm

This is one of those rare gift kits that actually work! It's very easy to use, and the end result is exactly the same quality as any shop-bought lip balm, without any additional chemicals. I made it with my 9-year old and we got about 6 pots of lip balm. We added some cherry essential oil that was left over from making bath bombs and it worked a treat. I had managed to lose the instructions and the company emailed me a copy of them straight away. Will probably buy this again when we run out of lip balm!

I bought this kit as an activity to do with my 9-year god-daughter when I was babysitting. It was easy for her to make and the instructions were clear and easy for her to follow, with some supervision - I had to help with the melting and mixing of the wax and oils. The final lip balm was surprisingly nice to use for a homemade kit. The kit also comes with gift stickers which she loved and wanted to give them to friends. Overall, good fun and a successful afternoon activity.

I used this kit with my two daughters aged 6 and 9. It was a perfect activity - they enjoyed melting the wax and were pleased with the end product which is a good consistency and lovely and soft (definitely a usable product). The instructions were very easy to follow, although adult help is required for the melting and pouring. The pots are lovely for the kids to give to friends and family.

It is a nice gift and will keep the family working together. Needs attention while melting the wax, so no suitable for under 8yrs old.

Makes a lovely gift. Very easy to make. I used hemp oil instead of sunflower. Filled all little tins and I used the gift tin pour in the remaining balm. Makes a lot of balm.

I loved making my first lipbalms. I added honey, jojoba oil, olive oil, coconut oil peppermint oil to mine.

Nice little gift but on the small side. It's the size of a tray of 6 chocolates from a posh chocolate shop, we all know. So when gifting doesn't look much. However, my review isn't based on the product itself...i cannot review the contents as it was a gift.
