Shipped Frozen - Arrived Warm
As far as the product quality goes it was great. However, by the time I received the package the frozen ice pack had lost its effectiveness. The product arrived warm. I just put the package in the fridge right away. I tried it today for my rice and gandules and I really like the flavor. Maybe it needs some other way to ship...

Good product. Do not want to bother making it myself. When it arrived I divided it up into 1 Tablespoon lots and refroze. Perfect!
