Such a useful book to show the essentials of growing trees. It breaks each aspect down so it is easy to remember, whether you are looking at tips for repotting, wiring, or taking care of a specific spieces. This is a must need book if you are looking into bonsai. The hardback edition is worth the money.

Bought this for my son as he wanted to get into keeping bonsai trees. It's perfect with lots of information but presented well and not too complicated!

Comprehensive quide to starting and maintaining a Bonsai. Goes into a lot of detail about the history of the art of bonsai. But it is really helpful for anyone that is thinking of starting their own Bonsai. The illustration are wonderful but not excessive and isn't to text heavy but still comprehensive. Easy to use a reference book for when you need it. It also goes into greater detail on maintaining and wiring a Bonsai tree (some of the most useful info I've found on wiring). Plenty of information about the different types of trees and the conditions and care each tree needs. It's helped me start my first 2 bonsai trees.
