These worked well initially...could feel an uptick in mood and a bit more libido. Nothing wow, but noticeable. I did cycle two weeks on, one week off. But second cycle just started feeling a bit jittery, especially on busy days. It can overactivate your stress response in your brain so I'd be careful if you're prone to anxiety. On balance, just wasn't worth me taking as not as calm as I'd like to be. Everyone's biochemistry is so different, so you might be fine on it.

4* because am not sure if did anything ..what I will say is I have felt a lot more alert and not tired ..my libido seems good too !..maybe it's because these are good . unfortunately out of stock to review again on progress
