So far I'm loving this Chromebook. Sure there are cheaper options, but you're also going to get what you pay for. Everything runs so smoothly on this chromebook and the screen quality is amazing. It really is a perfect blend of performance and price.

Perfect. Packaged like real new. Works like a little engine. Fast. Neat. Awesome.

Only downside is it doesn't fully functions like how a laptop should ny back for not doing thorough research. Touch is good do most of my school work on it. It has a dowside while trying to watch movies the screen is just glaring and dark in some areas. but for sure will be upgrading to a laptop later.

Replaced an older Acer Chromebook with this. Seems much faster, and works very well. The number of ports, especially being able to charge it from the type C USB port on either side, is convenient to keep the power cord out of the way no matter where you need to plug in and use it while charging. The screen is clear and the touch to pick something on the screen works well. I am glad to report that staying with Acer was a good choice.

I bought this for my mom, she hasn't had a laptop in a while and she found it super easy to use. The quality is sturdy but lightweight. The screen extends to 180° and it's touchscreen! she makes fun of my Macbook for not having that ability.The battery lasts a long time. Honestly a great performance for the price. It's great for watching movies, listening to music it has really decent speakers. She's been using it for Meet calls and she loves it and general social media and web surfing. 10/10 so far, it's been almost 2 months since she got it.

Just over a year and it suddenly won't charge or turn on. It's never been dropped or knocked around. It stays on my desk. Just stopped charging all out of nowhere.Update: they are trying to charge me $300 for a repair on my $400 laptop. Sketchy business practice. Cannot recommend anyone getting this laptop

Although this Chromebook has only an eight core processor it runs faster than my 16 core processor Acer Chromebook. Also the description said that it had a 128 GB SSD but in fact it has a 512 GB SSD. The picture on the description made it look like it had a backlit keyboard but it does not, however I added an overhead clip-On LED light to compensate for this. I paid $353 which is a bit more than it is current selling price. I like the touch screen feature which my previous Acer Chromebook did not have. I like to use it to play avakin life and that app loads in about 14 seconds when you have a good internet connection. With my 16 core Acer Chromebook it took 24 seconds to load avakin life.

I've been using this for almost a month now, but I'm very happy with the price I got it at. Honestly it's very good overall it's very light so not much more weight to carry from class to class, boots up very fast even with 10 tabs of chrome open, The build quality is good for the price (personally a fan of how it looks and feels), and runs smoothly with the full college load thrown at it (YouTube, Multiple tabs open in Google Chrome, including in-depth webpages like Zybook, and even play Roblox pretty competently.), The only thing of note would be the storage, but with how cheap Micro SD cards you can easily double/triple your storage.
