Broken twice
This is a very cute ornament and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered was broken, and the replacement they sent was also broken. Both were sent in the same type box, although the interior packaging was different. The first was nestled in styrofoam, and the tip of one of the hats was broken on the underside so the screw holding the bell fell out. I reported it broken and the replacement was sent promptly. This one has one hat (on the opposite side) that is broken cleanly off at the end. The packaging for this was just being wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the small box. I haven't decided, yet, whether to return and try again, or to just return for a refund, or to try to just glue it back together. I don't recommend buying this here. If you can find it in a store it is a really nice ornament!
