Crap
I bought 3of these....two shows same numbers, one is always 2more or less (C)... To switch from FtoC was a nightmare....it just didn't work after following the instructions, but the service is TOP!!! I got a call from USA and got instructed what to do...the lady helped a lot (she had a patience with me I have to say as I was gonna throw them to bin)...but instructions on the paper are rubbish, they need to improve them. I use them a lot and so far- all okUpdate on the 15.9.2017Baby had fever 38.5 39C, this item only measured 35.5??? Very disappointed, as second one measured 36.7 so basically total crap! Would never order this again-goes to bin.

I would like to up date my review of this item, I was worried about the accuracy of this after a short time of using it but now I have the hang of it and have had such a lot of use out of it I'm very impressed. I use this daily on a number of children at my daycare setting as a routine check when a child feels unwell, I also use a Braun ear thermometer which costs a lot more to buy and run with the ear shields, on nearly every occasion tested the two read the same temperature which is great I now just use this one as it doesn't require the ear shields even on my own kids, just wish I had more for each nursery room lol. Thankyou for such a good product!!!

Does what it says it will do, however there is an annoying beeping sound indicating when temperature has been recorded and there is only two buttons so haven't worked out how to switch it off (if you can). Good bit of kit otherwise.

Good build quality, and seems to give an accurate reading when scanning across the forehead :)Like the bottle temp option, even if i mainly use it to check me tea! :)

As soon we have received it, we tryied to measure temperature of our baby. And 5 times one after one this thermometer showed us 5 different temperatures. We don't trust it is corect equipment. Definitaly we will send it back.

Great product!
My friend recommended this non-contact thermometer and I don't regret at all! I can check my baby's temperature even when he is asleep (He used to have fever when teething), I haven't use this to check the milk bottle yet because I am breastfeeding! The reading seems to be really accurate as my old ear thermometer alwayS gives defferent readings. It's light for travel to! A must buy!

Excellent product
Bought this product as my baby was not well and found it very stressfully trying to check her temperature with an ear thermometer. It came on time well packaged and very easy to use. I think this will be a good investment as it is so easy to use and accurate.
