OUR DAUGHTER IS LOW IN IRON, THIS IS A GREAT WAY OF HER GETTING EXTRA IRON AS SHE DOES NOT LIKE THE NUMEROUS OTHER SUPPLEMENTS WE HAVE TRIED, CAN MIX WITH OTHER DRINKS ALSO ALTHOUGH THE TASTE IS NOT TO BAD.

I like the sachets for ease. These supplements are much better than normal iron tablets (no more disgusting black sticky poo!!). However, the taste is revolting. It’s how I imagine blood would taste. I need to buy orange juice to make it more palatable.

I was wary of getting these. I had them first about 6 years ago, and back then when I had my first sachet in orange juice I suddenly felt very hot and almost passed out. I don't get on well with iron supplements generally, so I was wary of trying these again.The first day I took them this time round i felt extremely nauseus for about half an hour, but after that my body seemed to tolerate them extremely well - i definitely feel more energy, my hair might be starting to grow back, my brain seems to be working a little better too, and I don't have any of the digestive issues, nausea, etc that I get with other supplements. Have reordered.

Bought for a parent who is low on iron, absolutely no problem with the taste, takes it like a shot, and so far it hasn't hindered any toilet practises 😁 ok so every other iron supplement has caused slight constipation this hasn't. If anything changes I'll update but currently, completely happy to recommend

I find it very good but would have been better if it had some flavouring instead of plain water.
