Product Description Cassanovum Ultra Wide (5mm) Ovulation Test Strips will support you in identifying the Luteinizing Hormone levels that trigger ovulation - the releasing of an egg from the ovarian follicle. Knowing and understanding your cycle is key to achieving conception earlier. During the first phase of the menstrual cycle only a small amount of LH is produced, however, around the middle of the cycle LH dramatically and rapidly increases. This increase is called the "LH Surge" and occurs prior to ovulation. Conception is most likely to occur within 36-48 hours following the detected LH surge. This LH Ovulation test has optimal sensitivity and is especially designed to detect that LH surge from a urine sample to give you the best indication of the time when you are most likely to ovulate and therefore the two most fertile days of your cycle. Do not open the test foil pouch until you are ready to start testing. When you are ready, collect the urine sample into a clean and dry container. First morning urine is not recommended as may give false results. 2. To begin testing, open the sealed pouch and remove the test by holding the test by the handle only. 3. Place the test strip vertically in the urine sample with the arrows pointing downwards by holding it Firmly by the handle for at least 15 seconds. 4. Remove the test strip from the urine, place the test strip on a clean, dry and flat surface facing up and begin timing. If you do not see a flow of red dye moving across the test then not enough urine was absorbed and the test has not been triggered. Dip it again in the urine sample for another 10 seconds and wait for result. 5. You may notice a flow moving across the testing surface as the test begins to work. Results should be read at 5 minutes. Positive results obtained after 10 minutes may need to be con?rmed by another test within the next 12 hours, please read overleaf. 6.
