Is this puppy blanket really soft? Want a very soft pet blanket.

So the features say dryer safe. The tag says do not dry. So which is it please and why please?.

I put mine in the dryer and have had no issues. One thing I found I was disappointed in was it's thin and not very fluffy. It is soft but can't be much comfort to my dog on the bottom of his crate.

Anyone who machine washed the blankets, how does it look like now? Still good?

Still looks good. I washed the blanket in cold water, delicate cycle for 5 minutes. Used no scent, sensitive detergent 1/4 cup. I washed the blanket with the rest of dog/baby blankets. Dried on low for 15 minutes. Still looks new.
