Excellent value for the ingredients used; biglycinate forms of Zinc and Magnesium rather than oxide. 3 capsules is plenty per night as you still hit 112.5% of your zinc requirement. This really is a good formula they hopefully don't change down the line to reduce costs..

This zinc matrix works brilliant, 4 does seem a lot but it isn't and its perfectly safe for aiding quicker recovery 💪 5*

Been talking this for over 8 months now and one gripe I have is out of the 8 bottles only one has had 100 tabs in it last one 97 this one 98 this is annoying.
