Good. cheap product standing up to heavy daily use.
I've seen some low reviews on here for this item but whilst it doesn't appear of the best quality what I can say is I have bought three of these for work and had the first on test for a couple of months before buying more due to bad experiences with kettles in the past. The first stood the test and two more ahve been bought since, not because the first failed but to put more of these in place for staff at work. Let me say that my colleagues make it known when something isn't right but the compaints about these items have been non-existent. H&S is a major concern for us and we have had no probelms. Let me also say that these aren't in a daily domestic use, they are being hammered daily and are still working fine.

Great inexpensive glass kettle
Excellent little kettle. A little slower than fancy expensive models but for the money an excellent little kettle. Very happy with it. I find it's particularly good at filtering limescale build up. After buying one for the office I purchase a slightly different one for home and they're both excellent!!

great value
The only glass kettle I have bought in the last 15 years that has lasted more than 15 months (we use it 5 to 6 times a day). Previous one still fine after 32 months but purchased another one in reserve in case they stop making them. It is also the cheapest kettle I have purchased - great bonus!

When product arrived I thought that it looked really nice. Boiled the kettle and seam came out from the handle and when pouring boiling water it leaked water all over the work top. There are many good reviews maybe we just received a bad one.

Bertelin Electric Kettle
The kettle was fine and looks good when boiling . To-date no faults and is a good buy. Alas it has expired after 2 years and 3 months usage. Poor elements these days. My Mum bought an old kettle in an auction lot and it was used for 20 years.

although it is a nice looking kettle I have one or two issues
I have now had this kettle for just over two months, although it is a nice looking kettle I have one or two issues, the first one being the metal dick on the lid is starting to rust and also the lid sticks sometimes. The other problem I have found is it seams to boil too long.

Nice kettle, unfortunately when the kettle boils steam escapes from the hinge that operates the lid. As such you have to wait /be careful when pouring boiling water.
