Nice weight, not thin and flimsy. Heats evenly.

Great pan.

These are nice pans but the lids are glass with a metal ring around the outside. If you have a boil-over event, the material being cooked gets into the space between the metal rim and the glass. This is both unsightly and potentially unhealthy. If there is a good way to clean a lid, it has escaped me so far.

lid design allows dirt /food (especially if you have a boil-over) tobe trapped between the glass and the metal rim. I thought I could unscrew the knob and separate the two pieces to clean. No! The pieces do not separate. Slower than expected to heat. Attractive but not worth the price at all!!!
