Love this stuff! Bought for myself (I’ve always bitten my nails and cuticles ever since I was young, I’m now 22) and it’s a very serious habit and I’m going stir crazy trying to curb it. I put it on, let it dry and told myself not to prepare myself by tasting it first but to jar myself by forgetting it’s on and surprising my future self when attempting to bite. Boy oh boy did that work! The taste stays in your mouth and water wouldn’t get it away, I had to go and brush my teeth haha! Serves me right.Great stuff, really got a kick in the flavour, very bitter and unpleasant, just what you need!The thickness/consistency is very similar to nail polish. It dries with a sheen (I put it all over my cuticles so they become shiny but you don’t really notice). As for how often I put it on, I just do it morning and night as it says, but even after lots of hand washing and even a shower it stays on like a trooper! Great stuff, fingers crossed I don’t get used to this one :’D

The product does exactly what it says in my opinion. The taste is horrible which is exactly what you need to stop you biting your nails. The problem I found myself having was that instead of biting them, I ended up picking them! Of course this isn’t going to be the case for everyone, but something to be aware of. I’d give it 4.5 stars if I could but gone 4 as I still struggled with my nails. Also, I am a guy & wanted something unnoticeable… people did notice as it adds a real shine to your nails. Not perfect, but definitely stops biting!

I have tried other products to stop my children biting their nails and they haven't worked or were only active for a couple of hours. This stuff is amazing. I put it on their nails & still the next day they can't put them in their mouths. Yes it tastes vile but it really works. Also I've been using it daily on 2 children and the bottle seems to last so long where you don't need multiple applications per day

Last exactly as its says it does. Redo every 2 or three days. This is a brilliant reminder, instantly know all the absence minded finger chews. It tastes foul, but it's only a reminder. Some comments wanted the taste stronger or nastier, but these comments say more about the person's lack of will power which is needed when giving up any bad habit.

This solution to stop nail biting is easy to use it goes on nicely, though doesn’t last very long so need to reapply it often, and to keep the unpleasant taste on your nails.I would say it’s good value for the price.

For 32 years I've bitten my nails. I've tried horrible tasting stuff which you just get used to and it eventually washes off and I've tried my girlfriend's gel paint on nails which were so thick that it was more satisfying to bite them off.This stuff is a perfect mix of the two, it tastes horrible, stays on for at least a day or two and it's bitable.Yes, you'll still need a little willpower but this stuff is great.
