It is a very dull way to educate anatomy
Advertised as the textbook for UCL students. It is a very dull way to educate anatomy. Very low quality publishing and printing, therefore the pictures and text have low resolution. Everything is black and white, no colour. If you want to learn anatomy, get Gray's for Students and stick to one book. Gray's is detailed enough and has lots of accurate visual aids.

Utter Garbage. A ver uninspiring read
Verbose and clumsily written. The book is on mass text and hard to read. Figures that are referred to are often 3 or 4 pages ahead which makes it hard to relate images to the text. Also the images are of poor quality and hardly suitable for colouring as suggested. Unless you go to UCL spare yourself the pain.

No good for learning anatomy
No good for learning anatomy, it's more useful as a revision tool once you already know the content, but even then there are many far better books.

great to learn the facts
An essential for anyone doing anatomy - 100% brilliant. Got me through my first year at med school!

good experience
it's a very clear book about anatomy. It's also our school's required text book. I bought a second hand edition but it is good.

Only buy if you are a UCL student
The book itself is pathetic, however, the author is a UCL professor and he sets his questions almost word for word from this book. The pictures are pretty awful so I would recommend that you buy an atlas as well.
