The screen not turning on is usually caused by a lack of power or insufficient power supply. Please check: ● If you are connecting to a device for screen projection via the included HDMI cable, make sure the monitor is also connected to an external power supply (10W or above) via the included USB-C to A or USB-C to C cables. ● If you are connecting to a device for screen projection and power via the included USB-C to C cable, make sure the device has sufficient power to power the monitor. If it does not have sufficient power, please connect to a secondary power supply using the other USB-C port via the included USB-C to A or USB-C to C cables.

Please follow the steps below:1. Press up on scroll wheel2. Press up or down on scroll wheel to increase or decrease brightness3. Press power or back button to return to View Mode

This occurs when the monitor is powered on but not receiving a video signal. Please check: ● You are using one of the included cables (USB-C to C or mini HDMI to HDMI) and it is securely connected in both ports (in the monitor and device) ● If you are connecting to a device for screen projection and power via the included USB-C to C cable, make sure you are connecting to a USB-C DisplayPort in the device and not a regular USB-C port (only USB-C DisplayPort supports screen projection)

Brightness, contrast, black level, and/or sharpness cannot be individually adjusted if the monitor has any of the following applied in 'Advanced Settings': i) IMAGE > ECO > GAME/MOVIE/TEXT/FPS/RTS ii) IMAGE > DCR > ON iii) MISC. > HDR MODE > AUTO/2084 To enable individual adjustment of brightness, contrast, black level, and sharpness settings, go into ‘Advanced Settings’ by pressing in the scroll wheel and choose one of the following options: ● Apply the following settings: i) IMAGE > ECO > STANDARD ii) IMAGE > DCR > OFF iii) MISC. > HDR MODE > OFF ● Reset the monitor to factory settings: RESET > RESET
