Uncomfortable and does not stop snoring, woke up in the morning and they were on my forehead. Tried all the different sizes none of them stop the snoring and very difficult and uncomfortable to keep up my nose. I've tried in conjunction with boots throat spray.

A great little device that helps me breathe again. I get very blocked up at night an end up with a sore throat in the mornings. Using these vents has helped me get a decent night's sleep with my mouth closed.

I tried these after my snoring got worse following failed nasal surgery. You get 4 different sizes (I urge you to try each size as I used a pair I thought was my size and found them slightly uncomfortable. I then tried the pair that looked the same but they fitted perfectly.) I've had them fall out once during the night but otherwise ok. I have a severe dust mite allergy and struggle to breathe through my nose during the night, causing my snoring. I certainly sleep better & my husband has stopped nudging me to get me to stop snoring so I must assume they work. They could benefit from being slightly softer silicone/plastic but otherwise a good design that works for me. You get a little plastic tub to keep them in when not in use. Shame 3 pairs go to waste.

I bought these to see if they were any better than the SleepRight Breathe Aid devices. Alas they were not. There are two sizes included, a small and a large. The small was too small and the large too large for me. I nevertheless tried both and both fell out during the night. They also did not significantly improve nostril airflow. Hence I tried but am now going back to the SleepRight Breathe aid as they do the job, are one size fits all, are more comfortable and do not fall out.

I used these for the first time last night. My wife was just as unhappy with my snoring as every other night. They didn't work for me.

They make you breath easier but don’t work.
