Solid piece of equipment
Good size, quality and gets the job done. It is heavy though, for those who might find that a problem but I was fine with this. A mark did appear on the inner section after use but doesn't make any difference to how it operates.

Mortar needs to be bigger
Great quality material, nice and heavy, crushes really well. Only criticism would be the size of the mortar. Could do with being a bit bigger. When making a family meal, I’m having to make two separate mixes.

it was obviously something that had been sent back by someone who had decided they didnt want it. the packaging was undone. Never mind give it a wash and it doesnt matter it is a very heavy mortar and pestle which will last for years and it looks like very good quality it will get used a lot no point in complaining about a hammer that had been used to knock in a few nails before being sold so I changed the review to 5 stars I like it

Gift for family member. She loves the pestle and mortar, good quality arrived promptly and well packaged.works really well on many different spices.

Much better than I expected. Pleasingly heavy & solid. Looks great too. Bought one as a gift, I was so impressed I bought one to replace our old one.

Bien lourd (ne bouge pas lors du pilonnage, c'est très bien !). Solide (il est en pierre massive, genre granit), la surface de travail est rugueuse, ca mout bien ! C'est du tout bon ! Rien à voir avec les pilons en bois juste bons a décorer ! Un simple rinçage sous l'eau est c'est propre! (Évitez les détergents, ça sera galère a rincer je pense). Par contre, ATTENTION lorsque vous le déplacez: si ce machin vous tombe sur le pied, c'est la fracture assurée. Je ne parle même pas du carrelage...

Sehr schönes Finish – wichtig: vor dem ersten Gebrauch gründlich vorbereiten, z. B. zwei Mal Salz mahlen, um den feinen Staub zu entfernen. Nicht mit Spülmittel waschen! Danach ist er ein treuer Begleiter in der Küche. Ich nutze ihn täglich für Leinsamen, Zimt oder Blütenpollen – funktioniert einwandfrei! Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die hochwertige Küchenhelfer lieben.
