I bought them in March2022 and they were good got the first few months but then about August the right ear lost sound and the volume buttons where on and off.Then a few weeks later they went completely and the input/lead part seemed like a loose connection that in some angles would skip the track I’m listening to rewind.Then a few weeks after that the whole ear phone set died completely.Bit of a shame really as I’d expect apple products to work for longer than a few months, and it’s sold and dispatched by Amazon (seller). Took me a while but finally found in the settings it something to chat to Amazon to arrange a refund

Great EarPods but last set didn’t last as long as I would have liked (stopped working in one ear) hence the need to repurchase.

As a regular Apple user, I decided to try the EarPods with Lightning connector, and the experience has been excellent. The sound quality is impressive for headphones in this price range, offering clarity and balance that exceeded my expectations. The comfort is also noteworthy; the EarPods fit perfectly without causing discomfort even during extended use.Additionally, the integration with Apple devices is seamless. The Lightning connection ensures lossless audio transmission, and the in-line controls are very handy for adjusting volume and managing calls without having to pull out my iPhone.The only minor drawback is that, being designed specifically for Lightning-equipped devices, they are not compatible with other devices that lack this port. However, this does not affect my overall satisfaction with the product.In summary, the Apple EarPods with Lightning are an excellent choice for those seeking good sound quality and compatibility with the Apple ecosystem. I highly recommend them.

Bought these for only a couple of pounds under the Apple price. After I ordered them, I read some reviews stating that they are not genuine or they come unboxed and it caused me to panic. I know I can only talk for myself, but these headphones came fully boxed in Apple’s boxing. They are perfect sound quality, the kind you’d only expect from Apple. After years of using EarPods, I can say they are exactly the same quality as the ones that come directly from the store. They are Apple, and at a discounted price. Highly recommend.

To think these used to come free with iPhones and now they’re being chucked out at £19 is a bit annoying but having decided to revert to basics so I can enjoy Apple Music lossless it was money well spent.I actually wear them in opposite ears, right in left, left in right and they fit better, are no longer loose and sound fantastic with highs, mids and lows very discernible.As with all Apple products, they just work but there’s a way to make them sound even better via your iPhone.1: go into settings access the music tab and if on, turn off the EQ2: ensure you have the Apple health app open and then download the Mimi hearing test from the App Store.3: performance the hearing test and screenshot the result to your photos.4: go into settings, find the accessibility tab, open it and then open audio & visual within the accessibility tab.5: turn on Headphone Accommodations and then hit custom audio setup6: you'll be asked to use audiogram, select yes and then download the photo you saved from the hearing test and your phone will analyse it and customise your audio accord to the results of the test.It’s all very clever but the difference it makes is beyond belief and has turned what were already a great set of buds into a fantastic sounding set of budsOne final tip, I also turned the sound check in the music tab off and despite many expects claiming having it on makes no difference, to my unatuned ears, turning it off in conjunction with the actions above also made a difference to the sound.You can thank me later.

I have three different versions of these headphones.The fact that these don’t come free anymore when you buy a new phone is insane.These are terrible value for money considering how long they don’t last.Only bought these because I was desperate for some headphones I don’t need to charge
