Fantastic orthotic and takes up less toe room than some other full length orthotics do
Fantastic orthotic which I am using in my size 6 Sorel boots Sorel Newbie, Women's Snow Boots, Beige (Curry), 6 UK (39 EU) currently. I have a few full and 3/4 orthotic insoles and find although they all make footwear more comfortable, certain orthotics work better with certain shoes and boots, depending on their width and also how much toe room I have in the footwear and whether the original footbed is removable or not. I tried other orthotics in the Sorel boots I am wearing these orthotics in now and the others though also full length made the boots too tight. So I think it's worth persevering if you don't find the orthotic you've bought is working for you in the shoes/boots you've bought them for. It can also take a little time to adjust to the support, but when you do, like I have now, then it feels stranger wearing footwear without them.I have flat feet, fallen arches, knees that click and go out of alignment when walking, occasionally clicking hips, and back pain too. And my posture isn't great unless I remind myself to hold my back straight. The soles of my shoes always wear unevenly on one side and I believe all these issues I have are to do with my feet being in the wrong position. During and after a few hours walking with orthotics in my shoes or boots I do not have so much, if any, knee clicking or pain. I've even put orthotics in my slippers. If you have any of the problems I do, then I would really recommend trying them. This particular pair are very comfortable and although full length I have found they don't remove as much toe room as some other full length orthotics do, which is perfect when you don't have much to spare in a particular pair of boots or shoes.

Great product
I have severe plantar fasciitis in my left foot which makes walking incredibly painful. After spending a fortune on various orthotics and supportive footwear I can honestly say I wish I’d bought these first. They aren’t the most comfortable things in the world but they definitely provide the right support to make walking less painful. The arch support is firm and in the right position so walking doesn’t result in aggravating the planta fascia and the excruciating pain that comes with it!Highly recommend for anyone with PF

Great price for orthotic insoles if you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis
I paid 3 times as much for my previous brand of orthotic insoles so when I saw how much cheaper these are I was a bit dubious but decided to order them for comparison as I need pairs to go in various shoes, rather than removing the one pair to use in different shoes, which is a pain. They look the same, the built up section on the inner part of the sole looks the same, and they feel the same to wear, so I'm pleasantly surprised. I had to cut down to size, which is very easy to do with ordinary kitchen scissors. Now that I've tried them I've ordered more so I have enough to keep permanently in various shoes ready to go. My feet overpronate (the arches of my feet roll inwards) and I've suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for many months now, and on previous occasions in the past, and I can feel positive improvements wearing these insoles in ALL my shoes, together with doing foot and calf exercises a few times a day. One day, as my foot was feeling so much better, no pain, I decided to wear my open sandals with no orthotic insoles for literally 30 mins walking around doing some shopping and I bitterly regretted it for 2 days afterwards as the pain came back with a vengeance, so it will be many many week (months?) before I try that again. So for me, I am very pleased with these insoles, and especially the price. Also, for information, I had no problem washing my first pair in warm soapy water, and I see no reason why I can't do the same with this brand.

Check carefully!
I was misled by this product. I thought a metatarsal pad was the same thing as a metatarsal dome. It's not. The insole is flat at that point. Annoyingly I had to cut open the pack to find this out.

Ouch, you'd be better off putting stones in your shoes!
I got these to replace an old pair supplied by a Physio therapist (not custom made). They looked the same in the photo but the contours were very different I didn't realise that these are hard board & give no cushioning at all. All they do is make your shoes tighter but even in looser shoes the hard arch bump puts pressure on already painful arches. Despite trimming & repositioning many times & trying a few different pairs of shoes & over a couple of days the bump made them too painful to wear & I had to take them out each time after about 15-30 minutes. For a few days after my feet felt bruised & were more painful than before, I didn't think that was possible!!! I have now purchased arch support gel ones from elsewhere & my feet are much improved.
