I was surprised by the effectiveness of this product. I bought a pack for my mother-in-law. She was after knee surgery. After a month of using this nutritional supplement, she was very happy with the increased mobility and rapid healing of her knee. I'm sure to buy on.

I brought this purely as a morning supplement to take with my breakfast but as it turned out this supplement has far greater uses than just energy booster......Although the actual protein content per serving isn't very high the bioavailability of the serving makes it actually protein dense.....I do heavy HIT training 3 times a week so my nervous system and immune system takes a far beating which if left unchecked causes many knock on effects but this supplement really helped in that area.......Its a great product that does far more than it says and is well worth adding to your daily training supplements
