An excellent natural unrefined salt.At times to come across undisolved rock/mineral elements proves its genuinity.What is the best way to use in cooking etc.Different ways:1-pick and choose good texture granules directly to use on food.2-dissolve required amount of salt granules in water and thin mix or sprinkle salt water on food. If any undisolved sediment throw away.Some elements of undisolved rock/mineral traces speaks of its naturality and genuinity.

I have now purchased this salt in the fine, medium, coarse, light and deep pink; and this one beats all the others. I don't know if the deeper colour means it has more minerals but it is worth buying a grinder and using this salt only.I had a problem with receding gums and no matter what I did, I could not halt it. My dentist explained some peoples gums retreat this way from plaque. But I was spending 25 minutes at a time brushing, flossing, mouthwash, interdental brushes, compact tuft brush - nothing could keep my mouth clean enough to please my fussy gums!Then I combined oil pulling with brushing with a mugful of warm water with a tablespoon of this salt in...... and the gums are coming back down and enclosing the teeth! I also started drinking several glasses of squash a day with a generous pinch of this salt in and it has helped ease my joint pain. Using this salt will really let you know just how messed with the regular white table salt that most people use is.Just a note about oil pulling if you are going to do it; watch the clock carefully. At 20 minutes the plaque will start to break down, but 20 minutes is also when the bacteria trapped in the oil will start to be reabsorbed by your mouth. I don't have time to do it every day so usually do it 2-3 times a week at night, doing it 2-3 times each session, just spitting the oil into a bin every 20 minutes. You can use any food grade oil; I use sunflower with a drop of tea tree added.

Used different Himalayan salts in the past but this one is the best because if it’s consistent good quality. Order it many times and will now only use this brand.

I can not emphasise enough just how good a value these bags are, I came across Himalayan Rock Salt in Aldi buying a salt mill and have never looked back. I don't use anything else now, which is the reason I bought these bags, which have saved me a fortune.

Great tasting salt, i wont go back to ordinary salt again after trying this and its better for you, excellent value for money and the seller shipped it immediately,i would highly recommend it

Great price in comparison to others I have researched. This is a good product as it can be used as bath salts too. I may in the future buy in greater bulk, but first things first.
